案僧亮曰：為退不進者為譬也。僧宗曰：不可言退故無佛性也。寶亮曰：第二翻，退不退人未來同得成佛也。
Sengliang states: He provides a simile for those who retrogress and do not advance. Sengzong states: One cannot say that because of retrogression there is no buddhadhātu. Baoliang states: The second turn: those who retrogress and those who do not will equally attain buddhahood in the future.
