57.16

案僧亮曰：雖無差時節各異者，時雖是一，而一生一滅，用不同也。寶亮曰：第二，出縛體也。隨業成早晚，生三毒因緣，業結亂起，繫縛於生死也。

Sengliang comments: 'Although without difference, their temporal periods are each distinct' means that although the time is one, their arising and perishing, and their functions, are not the same. Baoliang says: Second, he identifies the essence of bondage. According to whether karma matures early or late, conditions for the three poisons arise, and karmic fetters arise in confusion, binding one to saṃsāra.
