60.82

案僧亮曰：釋定業也。寶亮曰：此四句，第一、第二、第四於愚人悉定也。若智人者，四句皆不定。愚人無身戒心慧故，所以皆成定報也。

Sengliang states: "This explains fixed karma." Baoliang states: "Among these four alternatives, the first, second, and fourth are all fixed for the foolish person. For the wise person, all four alternatives are unfixed. Because the foolish person lacks [cultivation of] body, precepts, mind, and wisdom, they all become fixed retributions."
