63.45

案僧亮曰：手撓之，譬大方便。頭髮，譬微善也。寶亮曰：雖有未來之善，而現在重惡，無以資發，故二世皆伏斷也。

Sengliang comments: Reaching in with the hand parallels great upāya. The hair of the head parallels slight good. Baoliang comments: Although there is future good, the present heavy evil provides nothing to foster and stimulate it, so [good in] both lifetimes is suppressed and severed.
