案僧亮曰：佛所說義有權有實，識性是著，不達二義，偏執起諍；智能了達，不執不諍也。

Sengliang comments: The meaning explained by the Buddha contains the provisional and the real. The nature of consciousness is attachment; failing to penetrate the two meanings, it clings one-sidedly and gives rise to dispute. Wisdom can penetrate them, neither clinging nor disputing.
