案僧亮曰：第三難也。智秀曰：第二舉佛性是善一句，為雙關難也。若闡提有性，不應言斷善；善若斷者，性不應有也。

Sengliang comments: This is the third challenge. Zhixiu says: The second takes the single phrase 'buddhadhātu is good' to make a double-pronged challenge. If an icchantika has the nature, one should not say they sever the good; if the good is severed, the nature should not exist.
