66.58

案僧亮曰：上稱第三問，兼答第一廣分別已竟，今還結第三也。七種六種是緣因，闡提現在無也。五事有不善，雖是煩惱，非斷善煩惱，於闡提亦是當有也。寶亮曰：上來所明佛性，斷善根人必皆得故，故言有也。

Sengliang states: "Above, addressing the third question and concurrently answering the first have extensively distinguished them to completion; now it returns to conclude the third. The seven kinds and six kinds are contributory causes, which the icchantika lacks at present. The five things have the ungood, which, although afflictions, are not the afflictions that sever goodness, and for the icchantika they are also what will exist in the future." Baoliang states: "Because a person who has severed the roots of goodness will certainly attain all the buddhadhātu clarified above, it is said to exist."
