案僧亮曰：舍利弗等得煖法位，正定聚也。僧宗曰：舍利弗曾經第三人來，從本受名，以證不退義也。

Sengliang states: Śāriputra and the others attained the stage of the dharma of heat, the stage of right determination (samyaktva-niyata-rāśi). Sengzong states: Śāriputra once passed through the stage of the third person; he is named according to his origin to verify the meaning of non-retrogression.
