案僧亮曰：得無上道乃名具足，唯佛一也。通稱菩薩者，以道同也。方於二乘，亦是彼岸也。
Sengliang notes: Only upon attaining the unsurpassed path is one called complete; this belongs solely to the Buddha. The general designation as bodhisattva is because their paths are identical. Compared to the two vehicles, it is also the other shore.
