案僧亮曰：廣第二。「造作何行」訖「受誰房舍」者，是時惡友共住是處，事與行同外為異，受深心供養房舍也。轉下作中者，與上事增長為異也。

Sengliang comments: This expands on the second [point]. From 'engaging in what actions' up to 'receiving whose dwellings', dwelling in this place together with evil friends at that time differs externally in matters and actions, and involves receiving dwellings with profound devotion. 'Transforming the lower into the middle' differs from the above in the increase of matters.
