Sengliang comments: Furthermore, from "if endowed with the six notions above, they are the cause of the seventh notion" onward is the seventh: cultivating the notion of many faults. Without further explaining many faults, it directly provides seven phrases of explanation: 1. The notion of constant cultivation: constantly cultivating the six notions above. 2. The notion of delighting in cultivation: delighting in cultivating the six notions above. 3. The notion of non-anger: when cultivating the six notions, the mind is entirely without anger. 4. The notion of non-jealousy: when cultivating these six notions, the mind is devoid of jealousy. 5. Wholesome aspiration: cultivating the six notions above with unceasing vows. 6. The notion of non-arrogance: when cultivating these six notions, one does not harbor arrogance. 7. The notion of samādhi: when cultivating the six notions above, one constantly seeks samādhi. "Able to rebuke the three realms" explains the eighth, the notion of detachment. "Extinguishing the three realms" explains the ninth, the notion of cessation. "Not engendering craving and clinging" explains the tenth, the notion of non-craving.
