案僧亮曰：正說勝三修也。法瑤曰：既明二種四倒不知其義，次明二種四不倒知其義者，即文自顯，不復記也。

Sengliang states: This directly explains the superior three cultivations. Fayao states: Having clarified that the two kinds of four inversions do not know their meaning, next clarifying that the two kinds of four non-inversions know their meaning is self-evident from the text, so no further note is made.
