案道生曰：夫受化者必有解分。垢重者攝輕，故為王也。垢重故智少也。
Daosheng comments: Those who receive transformation must possess the capacity for understanding. One whose defilements are heavy takes precedence over those whose defilements are light, and thus he is the king. Because his defilements are heavy, his wisdom is scant.
