案僧亮曰：涅槃是陰，是無常法。離陰是審，不從因生，無因生涅槃。第三難。
Sengliang states: "Nirvāṇa is an aggregate; it is an impermanent dharma. Being apart from the aggregates is true [permanence]; it is not produced from causes, for an uncaused [state] produces nirvāṇa. This is the third objection."
