70.21

案僧亮曰：難佛名也。謂言緣從生法，有常無常二言，非佛自說。是佛義云何耶？第五難也。

Sengliang states: "He challenges the title of 'Buddha'. He means that for dharmas arising from conditions, there are the two statements of permanent and impermanent, which is not what the Buddha originally proclaimed. What then is the meaning of 'Buddha'? This is the fifth objection."
