案僧亮曰：謂世性，亦名冥初。內眾生，外非眾生，因常而果無常。

Sengliang states: "This refers to primordial nature, also called the primal darkness. Internally it is sentient beings, externally it is non-sentient beings; the cause is permanent while the fruitions are impermanent."
