71.12

案僧亮曰：三種善不善及十種善不善者，三是出世，十通世間也。寶亮曰：佛今答起三善離十惡，終斷一切障，成聖道也。

Sengliang remarks: As for the three kinds of good and unwholesome and the ten kinds of good and unwholesome: the three are supramundane, and the ten apply to the mundane. Baoliang remarks: The Buddha now answers that by generating the three goods and abandoning the ten evils, one ultimately severs all obstacles and realizes the noble Path."
