案僧亮曰：有假空實空，而外道伏結，緣有不緣空，緣空是實想也。寶亮曰：唯有二諦，忘相為實想，實以慧斷煩惱。作想名說，此其旨也。

Sengliang comments: There are conventional emptiness and real emptiness, whereas non-Buddhists subdue fetters by taking existence as their object, not emptiness; taking emptiness as the object is real ideation. Baoliang comments: There are only the two truths; forgetting marks is real ideation, and it is truly through wisdom that afflictions are severed. Producing ideation is a manner of speaking; this is its import.
