第三段中，「我渡有岸」，牒前斷有。「已得過苦」，牒前涅槃，涅槃之果超出眾苦，故言過苦。下約此義以明佛樂，以過諸苦，故於今者純受上樂。

In the third section, "I cross to the shore of becoming" refers back to the preceding severing of becoming. "Having already transcended suffering" refers back to the preceding nirvāṇa; the fruit of nirvāṇa transcends all sufferings, hence it says "transcended suffering." Below, in reference to this meaning, the Buddha's bliss is explained: because he has transcended all sufferings, at present he purely experiences supreme bliss.
