10.91

前第一段明法異空，次第二段彰空異法，下總結異。法異空故我說佛性常非三世，空異法故無非三世。

The preceding first section clarifies that dharmas are distinct from space; next, the second section reveals that space is distinct from dharmas; below, it concludes generally on their distinction. Because dharmas are distinct from space, I say that buddha-nature is permanent and not [subsumed by] the three times; because space is distinct from dharmas, it is non-existent and not [subsumed by] the three times.
