第二段中，過佛遷化名為「命終」，諸外道等盜佛正法，安置己典，名為「群賊之所抄掠」。

In the second section, the passing away of past buddhas is called "the end of life"; the various non-Buddhists stealing the Buddha's true Dharma and placing it into their own scriptures is called "being plundered by a band of thieves."
