3.61

第四對中，初明二乘怖畏煩惱故須佛教，後明菩薩不畏煩惱故佛不教，「學大乘者有如是力」嘆大異小。

In the fourth pair, it first clarifies that because the two vehicles are terrified of afflictions, they require the Buddha's instruction; afterward, it clarifies that because the bodhisattva does not fear afflictions, the Buddha does not instruct him; "those who study the Mahāyāna have such power" praises the Great as distinct from the Small.
