第三食中，先明住處小能容多，後明所食味無差別，此等皆是涅槃法門緣起示現，不可事取。故下大眾知見此事，名知法性受法樂矣。此初段竟。

In the third [part], regarding partaking of the food: it first clarifies that a small dwelling place can contain much; afterwards it clarifies that there is no difference in the flavors eaten. These are all the arising of conditions and manifestations of the dharma gate of nirvāṇa, and cannot be apprehended merely as literal facts. Therefore, when the assembly below knows and sees this matter, it is called knowing the dharma-nature and experiencing dharma-pleasure. This concludes the first section.
