第二破中，依前四計次第破之。就破常中，初總，次別，後總結破。前總破中，「是諸外道迷惑顛倒，言諸行常」呵其所立。「諸行若常，無有是處」非其所立。「我觀諸行悉皆無常」翻其所立。

In the second part, the refutation, it refutes them in order based on the previous four conceptualisations. Within refuting permanence, there is first the general, next the specific, and finally the general concluding refutation. In the prior general refutation, 'These non-Buddhists are deluded and inverted, saying that all conditioned formations are permanent' reprimands what they establish. 'If conditioned formations were permanent, this would be impossible' negates what they establish. 'I observe that all conditioned formations are entirely impermanent' reverses what they establish.
