5.26

持戒願中有十二句，初一對境起願自制，其次六句對彼施主衣服、飲食、臥具、湯藥、房舍、禮拜起願自誡，後五就己眼等五根起願自防。

In the vows of upholding precepts, there are twelve clauses: the first clause generates vows facing sense-objects to restrain oneself; next, the six clauses generate vows regarding the donors' clothing, drink and food, bedding, medicine, lodgings, and prostrations to admonish oneself; the final five generate vows concerning one's own five sense faculties, such as the eyes, to protect oneself.
