第三段中，「願王留神一切眾生皆有餘業」正明有罪，「以業緣」下舉果證有，舉一切生為將類王。

In the third part, "May the king pay attention: all sentient beings have residual karma" directly explains that there is guilt; from "Because of conditions of karma..." downwards, he adduces the fruit to prove that it exists, adducing all living beings to compare them to the king.
