下類殺中，初總，次別，後總結之。「殺亦如是，雖非有無而亦是有」是其總也，非有非無論其業體，而亦是有彰其業能，能有果故。

Below, in analogizing killing, it is first general, next specific, and finally summarized. "Killing is also like this: although it is neither existent nor non-existent, it is also existent" is the general statement. Neither existent nor non-existent discusses the substance of its karma; and yet it is also existent shows the efficacy of its karma, because it can have an effect.
