次廣第四心、根、禪、乘，「復次，菩薩亦見亦知」總以標舉。下別顯之，於此門中智知名知、眼見名見。初知眾生心、根、禪、乘正廣前門；後見眾生生死出沒，對以論之。

Next, it extensively explains the fourth: mind, faculties, dhyāna, and vehicle: "Furthermore, the bodhisattva both sees and knows" summarizes and introduces it. Below, it distinguishes them: in this gate, knowing through wisdom is called knowing, and seeing with the eyes is called seeing. First, knowing sentient beings' mind, faculties, dhyāna, and vehicle directly expands the previous gate; afterwards, seeing sentient beings' emerging and submerging in birth and death is discussed in contrast to it.
