第二益中，曲有三段：一明修經有離惡益、二「如善呪」下明修經者有脫苦益、三「若有人能書寫」已下明修經者為佛憶念攝受之益。初中先喻，「良師」喻佛，說大涅槃勸人修學名「教弟子」，眾生依行便能離過，故言「受者心不造惡」。下合可知。

In the second benefit, there are specifically three sections: first, clarifying that cultivating the sūtra has the benefit of abandoning evil; second, from 'like a good spell' below, clarifying that those who cultivate the sūtra have the benefit of escaping suffering; third, from 'if there is a person who can copy...' below, clarifying that those who cultivate the sūtra have the benefit of being remembered and embraced by the Buddha. In the first, first is the analogy: 'skilled physician' is an analogy for the Buddha; preaching the great nirvāṇa and encouraging people to cultivate and learn it is called 'teaching disciples'; when sentient beings practice in accordance with it, they are able to abandon faults, hence it says 'the recipient's mind does not create evil'.
