In the sixth passage, it discriminates the bodhisattva's mastery of actions without them following one another, first discriminating and then concluding. Within the discrimination there are three pairs: "The bodhisattva for immeasurable asaṃkhyeya kalpas has stayed far from alcohol and does not drink it, yet the mind also moves" is the first pair: staying far from alcohol and not drinking clarifies the stillness of the body; that the mind leaves nothing undone is called "also moving." "The mind has no grief or suffering, yet the body also sheds tears" is the second pair: the mind always abides in the ultimate truth, not seeing sentient beings, hence there is no grief or suffering; adapting to transforming them with sorrow and heartache, the body sheds tears. "There is truly no fear, yet the body also trembles" is the third pair: the mind is always calm and quiescent, hence there is no fear; showing alarm and terror for the sake of beings, the body trembles.
