7.324

次一復次化離過中，「如香山中阿耨池」等舉妄顯真，世人妄說阿耨達池浴能滅罪，故今舉之。「除此已往何等實」下辯真異妄，先問，次辯，「所以」下釋，「以是」下結。

In the next repetition on transforming [beings] to leave behind faults, 'Like Lake Anavatapta in the Gandhamādana Mountains...' and so forth adduces the false to reveal the true: worldly people falsely say that bathing in Lake Anavatapta can extinguish sins, therefore it is now adduced. From 'Apart from this, what is real...' onward distinguishes the true as different from the false, first asking, next explaining; from 'Therefore...' onward explains the reason, and from 'For this reason...' onward concludes.
