合中亦四，「涅槃亦爾，本有非今」合上初段，「煩惱闇故，眾生不見」合前第二，「大智」已下合上第三，「是故」已下合前第四。

Within the application there are also four: "nirvāṇa is also like this: originally existent and not newly arisen" applies to the first section above; "because of the darkness of defilements, sentient beings do not see it" applies to the second above; from "great wisdom" downward applies to the third above; from "therefore" downward applies to the fourth above.
