第二段中，師子初問云何福慧，下佛為釋。二莊嚴義廣如別章，此應具論。文中先辯二莊嚴相，「汝今具」下嘆其二能。

In the second section, Siṃha first asks what merit and wisdom are, and below the Buddha explains them for him. The meaning of the two adornments is broadly as in a separate chapter; it should be fully discussed here. In the text, it first explains the marks of the two adornments; from "You now possess..." onward, it praises his two capacities.
