「所言空者不見空」下是第三門中道為性，於中約就愚、智顯之，文別有四：一明愚人偏見、二「智者」下明智人正見、三「見一切」下明前愚人所見非中、四「中道者名佛性」下明前智人所見是中。

From "That which is called empty is not seeing the empty" onward is the third gate, taking the middle way as the nature, wherein it is revealed with reference to the foolish and the wise; the text distinctively has four parts: first, clarifying the one-sided view of the foolish person; second, from "The wise person" onward, clarifying the correct view of the wise person; third, from "Seeing all" onward, clarifying that what the former foolish person sees is not the middle; fourth, from "The middle way is named buddha-nature" onward, clarifying that what the former wise person sees is the middle.
