8.140

上來一段對上初問辯出性體，「以是義」下超答第三明性是其常、樂、我、淨，乘前顯後，以是第一義空為性，智慧中道為佛性故常恒不變，亦應宣說我、樂及淨，類常可知，略不具辯。

The preceding section differentiated the essence of the nature in response to the first question above. From "for this reason" onward, it leaps forward to answer the third [question], explaining that the nature is permanence, bliss, self, and purity. Building on what precedes to reveal what follows: because ultimate emptiness is the nature, and the middle way of wisdom is the buddha-nature, it is permanently constant and unchanging; self, bliss, and purity should also be proclaimed accordingly—analogous to permanence, this can be understood, so it is briefly omitted without being differentiated in full.
