8.86

下明見中，初先明其菩薩見空，「是故我」下明佛見空，「諸佛菩薩修如是」下總結修益。就初段中，「是故菩薩見一切無」乘前總顯，是前有見不見佛性，乃至不得入涅槃故，菩薩見法悉無所有，「菩薩不但因見」已下歷法別顯。「是故」下結。後二可知。「是名」第九總以結之。

Below, in explaining seeing, first it explains the bodhisattva's seeing of emptiness; from "Therefore, I..." onward, it explains the Buddha's seeing of emptiness; from "All buddhas and bodhisattvas who cultivate such..." onward generally concludes with the benefit of cultivation. In the first section, "Therefore, the bodhisattva sees all as non-existent" follows the preceding to generally reveal: because the previous view of existence does not see buddha-nature and up to not being able to enter nirvāṇa, the bodhisattva sees dharmas as completely non-existent; from "The bodhisattva does not merely by seeing..." onward goes through dharmas to explain specifically; from "Therefore..." onward is the conclusion. The latter two can be understood. "This is called..." is the ninth, concluding it in general.
