From here below, the fourth section clarifies the meaning of whether an icchantika has or lacks the buddha-natures belonging to the ninth ground and below. First, it repeats the aforementioned natures. "These five kinds" repeats the previous two kinds of fivefold buddha-nature. "The six kinds of nature" repeats the aforementioned sixfold buddha-nature of the ninth ground. As for the six kinds of the final rebirth, there is no need to repeat them here, because in the second section above, the sixfold buddha-nature of the final rebirth has already been cited to conclude the meaning of whether an icchantika has or lacks them; why would there be any need to repeat them here? As for "the seven kinds of buddha-nature," there is also no need to repeat them; it must be that the translator carried them along with the momentum of the phrasing. Why are they not needed? For the same reason as the aforementioned six kinds of the final rebirth. Below, it clarifies whether an icchantika has or lacks them based on what was repeated. They are said to "have" them because they will attain them in the future; it briefly omits discussing "lacking."
