自下第五重就向前隨自意語，彰性淵深，唯佛獨知、餘人不測，誡勸捨謗。「如來復有隨自意語」總以標舉。下別顯之，於中有二：第一略明佛性有無誡勸捨著，二「如恒河」下廣辨有無誡勸捨著。略中有四：一明性有無、二舉人不解誡勸捨著、三重辨有無、四重誡捨著。

From here below, fifth, turning back again to the previously mentioned speech conforming to one's own intention, it reveals that the nature is profound and deep, known exclusively by the Buddha alone and unfathomable to others, admonishing and urging them to abandon slander. "The Tathāgata further has speech conforming to his own intention" presents the general heading. Below, it demonstrates it distinctly, wherein there are two parts: first, it briefly clarifies the existence and nonexistence of the buddha-nature, admonishing and urging the abandonment of attachment; second, from "just as the Ganges River" onwards, it distinguishes in detail existence and nonexistence, admonishing and urging the abandonment of attachment. In the brief part there are four points: first, clarifying the existence and nonexistence of the nature; second, raising people's lack of understanding to admonish and urge the abandonment of attachment; third, distinguishing existence and nonexistence again; fourth, re-admonishing the abandonment of attachment.
