次釋其文。就初人中，先合、次帖，下廣明其斷善因緣。一種六法、兩種五法、一種三法明其斷善。下餘六人，皆初正合、次帖、下結，文顯可知。

Next, the text is interpreted. Regarding the first person, first comes the application, next the collation, and below it extensively explains the causes and conditions for severing wholesome roots. One set of six dharmas, two sets of five dharmas, and one set of three dharmas explain their severing of wholesome roots. For the remaining six persons below, each begins with the direct application, next the collation, and finally the conclusion; the text is clear and can be understood.
