The above clarified the virtues of that which is able to reveal; the second [part] below clarifies the teachings that are revealed. Therein are three: first, revealing prajñā from within the subtle meaning of nirvāṇa; second, from "if a man or woman makes such a statement: 'the Tathāgata is impermanent'" downward, revealing the dharmakāya from within nirvāṇa; third, from "Kāśyapa addressed the Buddha: 'Just as the Buddha formerly said that there is nothing accumulated'" downward, revealing liberation from within nirvāṇa. In the former, it first clarifies the four marks of prajñā; from "suppose a person makes this statement" downward, it concludes that those four marks are precisely the great nirvāṇa. What was explained above was the virtue of that which is able to reveal, and therefore it was concluded as belonging to the bodhisattva; the four marks below are the teachings that are revealed, and therefore they are concluded as belonging to nirvāṇa.
