The preceding revealed reality; below discriminates in terms of transformation. Herein, the Tathāgata first instructs him to speak, not to enter the ultimate, but to explain it by means of conventional truth. From 'Mañjuśrī' downward discriminates it, wherein there are three parts: 1. this [side] manifests the matters of that [land]; 2. that [side] manifests the matters of this [land]; 3. concluding by answering the Tathāgata. In this side manifesting that, the text has four distinct parts: 1. manifesting the matters of that land and its people; 2. manifesting that transforming master; 3. from 'according to where they dwell' downward, manifesting that what was expounded there is not different from here; 4. from 'Vaiḍūryaprabha asked Pūrṇacandraprabha' downward, manifesting that what was asked there is not different from here.
