17.16
「菩薩住於」下，第二歎行慈人。「是大涅槃」下，第三歎詮慈之教。「諸佛如來」下，第四歎說慈之主。
From "The bodhisattva abides in" onward, secondly, he praises the person who practices friendliness. From "This great nirvāṇa" onward, thirdly, he praises the teaching explaining friendliness. From "All buddhas, Tathāgatas" onward, fourthly, he praises the master who expounds friendliness.
