Next, the twenty Ganges sands of bird kings. The increasing numbers go up to thousands of kotis of Ganges sands, and from ghosts and spirits up to the White-Moist King, it merely briefly lists numbers, speaks of categories, and gives their names. Among them, some have praises of virtues, all of which can be understood. This constitutes the increasing numbers. Such was the meaning of the preceding twenty-one assemblies. From "furthermore, there were a hundred thousand koṭis of Ganges sands of devaputras, wind gods, and rain gods", these are three assemblies of identical number. Furthermore, from twenty Ganges sands of elephant kings to twenty Ganges sands of ṛṣis, altogether five assemblies have identical numbers. The text of identical numbers is finished. "All the locust kings in Jambudvīpa" is the assembly without number.
