言法界者，如《華嚴》云：佛子法界者，界非故則不絕，絕名無名義而名法界。則絕不絕義，無名名義。

Speaking of dharmadhātu: as the *Avataṃsaka* says, 'Sons of the Buddha, the dharmadhātu...'; because 'dhātu' is negated, it does not transcend; transcending names is the meaning of being nameless, yet it is named dharmadhātu. Thus it has the meaning of transcending and not transcending, the meaning of namelessness and naming.
