次復明涅槃非常無常，常無常俱洗。如〈德王〉中說：何偏得以常為宗耶？無得之義，始終無行，故以為宗也。

Next, it further clarifies that nirvāṇa is neither permanent nor impermanent, washing away both permanence and impermanence. As taught in the chapter on "Virtuous King": why should one one-sidedly take permanence as the central tenet? The meaning of non-acquisition is without practice from beginning to end, and therefore it is taken as the central tenet.
