1.74

又,他常無常智斷明義,生死無常涅槃常。前心無常後心常,故是有所得。今明諸法未曾常、無常,或說常或說無常,諸法實相行常無常也。

Furthermore, the other [position] elucidates its meaning in terms of the permanence and impermanence of wisdom and abandonment: saṃsāra is impermanent and nirvāṇa is permanent; the former mind is impermanent and the subsequent mind is permanent, and therefore it involves having attainment. Now we elucidate that all dharmas have never been permanent or impermanent; whether one speaks of permanence or speaks of impermanence, the true nature of all dharmas operates through permanence and impermanence.
