次明涅槃義。前摩訶題既標大更無異釋，翻涅槃則眾解不同，或言無翻、言有翻。
Next, explaining the meaning of nirvāṇa. Formerly, since the title mahā already indicated “great,” there were no different interpretations; but in translating nirvāṇa, the various explanations differ: some say it is untranslatable, and some say it is translatable.
