曼殊室利！是為彼世尊藥師瑠璃光如來、應、正等覺行菩薩道時所發十二微妙上願。
"Mañjuśrī, these are the twelve subtle, wondrous, superior vows made by that Bhagavat Bhaiṣajyaguru-vaiḍūryaprabha Tathāgata, Arhat, Perfectly Complete Buddha, when he was practicing the bodhisattva path."
