初釋經文，聊以五門分別：一佛成權實、二慈氏所因、三時分有殊、四往生難易、五問答料簡。

In explaining the text of the sūtra initially, I shall briefly distinguish it through five sections: first, the Buddha's attainment as expedient and real; second, Maitreya's causes; third, the distinctions in divisions of time; fourth, the difficulty and ease of rebirth; fifth, questions, answers, and analytical discriminative points.
