贊曰：第二、教迴願。文勢有二：初歎業勝。雖諸凡夫不斷結使，異於聖者，若修六事神用廣大，必定往生，如得六通聖者無異。

The commentary says: Second, instructing them to dedicate their vows. The flow of the text has two parts: first, praising the preeminence of the karma. Although ordinary beings have not severed the fetters and are different from noble ones, if they cultivate the six practices, their spiritual functioning is vast; they are certain to attain rebirth, no different from noble ones who have attained the six supernatural faculties.
